The report describes the conforming alternate version, the app with the Accessibility adjustments switch on. Signed in, reach it in Settings, Profile, Accessibility adjustments. The 11 /admin routes are internal tools and out of scope. With the switch off the default view does not conform. Known gaps in reaching the switch: in its off state its track contrasts about 1.2 to 1 with white and has no border, /trial-ended has no switch, and the /reports/[id] passcode dialog covers it for keyboard users, though a stored preference still applies. The sample, the coverage gaps and the open questions are listed in the audit file wcag-audit.md.

Evaluation Methods Anchor link

axe-core 4.10.2 in Chrome with tags wcag2a, wcag2aa, wcag21a, wcag21aa and wcag22aa, with the Accessibility adjustments switch on. 51 customer-facing routes of 62 page.tsx files were audited, 47 render and 4 only redirect. 7 browser slices S1 to S7 and 4 static code slices covered structure, keyboard, visual and forms. Transitions and animations were disabled in the audit tabs, because hidden tabs never finish CSS transitions. Reflow at 320 CSS px and 200 percent zoom at 640 CSS px ran in same-origin iframes of fixed width. Text spacing was applied and measured. The vendor checked the prerecorded hearing media by hand on 2026-09-28.
